Join a small group of SCBWI members aiming to carve out solid working time in the inspiring, luxury environment of Spa. Whatever your project, whatever your stage, dedicating this quality time to plot/sketch/translate/revise/hit a word count/etc. might be just what you need to progress. You can also get to know other SCBWI members, with opportunities to share tips and exchange stories during relaxing walks and social mealtimes.  Whether you work best alone or alongside others, in the comfort of the hotel or in the surrounding woods, we hope to make this Spa Retreat both a rewarding and unforgettable experience!

What:     Benelux SCBWI Writing Retreat

When:    Friday 18th – Sunday 20th November, 2022

Where:  Radisson BLU Balmoral Hotel in Spa (approx. 1h40 from Brussels, 2 hours from Luxembourg, and 3 hours from Amsterdam)

Organizer: Dean Wallis, Belgium Event Coordinator

Deadline: Please answer by Friday 14 October 2022

 

Our wonderful Belgium Event Coordinator Dean Wallis has negotiated a package for SCBWI members to include:

• 2 nights + breakfasts

• 1 dinner (3 courses menu)

• Access for their Balmoral Wellness Center

• Tickets for the Thermes of Spa (optional: + €25)

 

 

Pricing:

Double room: €176 per person (happy to help match members who are looking to share)

Single room: €245
